Parker, a graduate of Clemson University, joined The Cason Group in 2025. As a trainee in the Rep Development Program, he is receiving formal training in both business and professional development while learning the insurance industry in a client-facing role.

Lindsay, a graduate of the University of South Carolina, joined The Cason Group in 2025. She provides administrative support for Benefits Education clients in conjunction with Client Engagement and Account Coordination teams.

Gowans, a graduate of the University of South Carolina, joined The Cason Group in 2025. He assists with quoting and spreadsheeting services, provides consultative sales support on products and services, and is responsible for the retention of groups.

Mary-Margaret, a graduate of the University of South Carolina, joined The Cason Group in 2025. She provides administrative support for Benefits Education clients in conjunction with Client Engagement and Account Coordination teams.

Ashton joined The Cason Group in 2025. She supports Commissions, Revenue, and Data area by performing tasks related to revenue reporting and analyzing, data entry, and bookkeeping.

Kelly, a graduate of Meredith College, joined The Cason Group in 2025. She works alongside of our clients to schedule and coordinate employee group benefit enrollments and serves as a single point of contact for clients utilizing our Benefits Education Team.

Caroline, a graduate of NC State University, joined The Cason Group in 2025. She serves as the annuity expert to both internal and external constituents and collaborates with our Regional Consultants to illustrate and present the appropriate annuity solution based on our multi-carrier annuity platform and on the client’s needs.
